- Click Slicer from the Ribbon menu. The images act as slicers of the Column Chart
on the right. The image slicers can be selected one-by-one or multi-selected by
keeping the CTRL or SHIFT key pressed while clicking on the image.

Column Chart.- From the fi eld list on the right, expand Items, and drag Drawing outside and to the
right of the Category Drawing slicers. Click Slicer from the Ribbon menu. The new
item Drawing slicer is also a slicer of the Column Chart. Notice that as you click the
Category Drawing slicer images, the Drawing slicer is fi ltered to the item category
or item categories selected. The same behavior displays in the Drawing Category
slicer as individual images from the Drawing slicer are selected. - Resize and reposition the Drawing slicer between the Category Drawing slicer and
the Column Chart, as shown in Figure 59-9. - From the fi eld list on the right, expand Quantities and drag Sum of Leftovers out-
side and below the Column Chart. - Drag Sum of Qty Served next to Sum of Leftovers inside the same table.
- Click Line under the Design menu option of the Table Tools. The table changes to a
Line Chart. - From the fi eld list on the right, expand Dates and drag and drop MonthName to the
Axis box below the fi eld list.
