- Save the Power View report by clicking File ➪ Save As. The Save As dialog box dis-
plays. Type a name, for example, PicnicItemAnalysis.
Working with Views
Power View views are like slides in Offi ce PowerPoint. They help organize the report storyline.To create an additional view follow the next steps:- Open the PicnicitemAnalysis report created in the previous set of steps.
- Under the Home tab click New View on the Ribbon menu. A blank new view opens.
You can also duplicate an existing view from the New View option. Notice that the
view navigation pane on the left looks similar to the slide navigation pane in Offi ce
PowerPoint.
To delete an existing view, follow the next steps: - Hover over the view you want to delete on the slide navigation pane on the left.
- Click the small downward facing arrow on the top-right corner of the view.
- Select delete view.
