Ren-12 Zhongwan, St-36 Zusanli, BL-20 Pishu, BL-21 Weishu, SP-6 Sanyinjiao, Ren-6 Qihai,
Ren-9 Shuifen, ST-28 Shuidao, BL-22 Sanjiaoshu. Reducing or even method on Ren-9, ST-28
and BL-22, reinforcing method on the others. Moxa should be used.
Explanation
- Ren-12, ST-36, BL-20, BL-21 and SP-6 tonify Stomach and Spleen.
- Ren-6 tonifies Qi in general and helps to resolve oedema, especially in the abdomen.
Direct moxa on ginger is particularly effective. - Ren-9, ST-28 and BL-22 promote the transformation of fluids and resolve oedema.
