i. Click in an empty cell just outside the lower left corner of the largest

rectangle. Press Crtl+V to paste the small square. Drag and drop this

square to the lower left corner of the large rectangle. Repeat for the up-

per and lower right corners.

j. Optional: Use the Arrow tool to draw four arrows as shown. Use the

Text box tool to make the two “Fold lines” labels. If necessary, drag to

correct position. You can also zoom to more easily see what you are do-

ing. Select View → Zoom and either click 200% or Custom to specify the

desired level of magnification.

4. Set up the incrementation value.

a. Select A7 and set the font to Ariel, 10 pt, bold. Type in the following

word: Increment

b. Type in the incrementation value in A8. In this case, use a 0.25 (will

display as 1/4). Whatever value you choose (0.25, 0.125, etc.) will be

used to increment the rest of the values.
