Cucumber-Dill Soup


There is a cucumber called the lemon cucumber that is yellow and round instead of green and long. Lemon cucumbers add an extra flavor to


this soup. If you can get them, use them; if not, regular cucumbers will work.


SERVES 2 TO 4

1 cup sunflower sprouts
2 cups filtered water
1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh dill, plus additional for garnish
Pinch of nutritional yeast
Bragg Liquid Aminos

Place the sunflower sprouts and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the cucumber, dill, and yeast and blend until smooth. Add the
Braggs to taste. Pour into bowls and serve, garnished with the additional dill.
