Aberrations

Poor quality lenses will have aberrations that will show dramatically in a macro/close-up shot.
There’s not much I can say to fix that. When buying something in the photo world, you should
always get the best quality you can afford. Quality over quantity should be your mantra.


That said, if you have a decent lens, the major problems that you will be facing with your
macro/close-up photography shots are: being able to focus the lens, your depth of field and issues
with insufficient light. Let’s talk about each of them – one at a time – with some of the most
popular problem solutions.
