I have been visualizing for a long time now. I am
fairly successful, but I love your program and
would like to do more. I have a problem. Every
time I try to visualize certain things, terribly
negative pictures come up in my biocomputer and
it distracts me from concentrating on what I'm
really trying to visualize. Can you make some
suggestions?
Yes, this is far more common than you could
possibly realize. The first thing I would suggest is
that I wouldn't push the negative pictures away too
quickly. First have a good look at them. Try to learn
from them. Your biocomputer is very clever and very
powerful. It may be trying to show you something or
tell you something.

Have a good look even if it's painful. If you
decide there is nothing that can be learnt, that is the
time to get rid of any negative images. You can do
this simply by pretending the image is painted on a
huge sheet of glass. You then get a large hammer and
smash the whole picture into smithereens. You keep
smashing up all the slithers of the glass until the
image is destroyed. Alternatively you can have the
negative image on a canvass and bum the thing on a
bonfire or wrap the images up in snowballs and
throw them in a fast flowing river. I've personally
used all the techniques with great success. Yes, you
do want to get rid of negative pictures, sooner rather
than later! It also helps if you have some very good,
clear and positive pictures to insert into the
biocomputer. If you don't make up your own
programs, the biocomputer has a habit of making its
own. You've heard the expression, control your own
mind or it'll control you? Same goes for the
bioco mputer, control it or it'll control you. Your
choice! Next!
