immersion blender, a regular blender, or
a more powerful blender, such as a
Vitamix. Blend in batches if needed.
- Lightly sprinkle the seitan with gram
flour. - In a small frying pan, heat the oil over
medium-high heat. - Add the Ginger–Garlic Paste and fry
for 1 to 2 minutes. (Have a lid handy; the
oil may splatter. Keep stirring, and
lower the heat if needed.) - Add the cumin, coriander, and red
chile powder and stir for 1 minute. - Add the seitan mixture and cook for
another 3 minutes, until slightly
browned.
