Roasted Masala Beans or Lentils

This is another take on my Chickpea
Poppers (see recipe on page 100).
Obviously, chickpeas taste delicious
prepped this way, but so do whole
lentils, black-eyed peas, black
chickpeas, adzuki beans...the list goes
on and on.


4 cups (792 g) cooked whole beans or
lentils


1 tablespoon garam masala, Chaat
Masala (see recipe on page 57) or
Sambhar Masala (see recipe on page
60 )
