Itisgoodtoeatthevegetarian-fruitariandiet,butifitisdonewiththewrongattitude,thebenefits
maynotbefullyrealized.Firstly,oneshouldnoteatontherun,i.e.whiledriving,walking,working,
andideallyevenwhiletalking.Oneshouldconcentrateonthefoods,chewingthemwell(30-50times
perbite)andallowingone’senergiestofocusondigestion.Wheneating,oneshouldnotcurseone’s
foodwiththoughtssuchas“IwishIhadsomethingbettertoeat”or“thisfoodisnotappetizingandI
don’tlikeit.”Thesekindsofthoughtsinfusefoodwithnegativevibrations,andthusoneeatsnegat-
ivevibrationsandone’sfoodbecomesasourceofnegativefeelinginsteadofhealth.Further,one
shouldeatwithreverenceandgratitudetowardsnature,whoproducedthefood,andevenmoresoto-
wardstheDivinewhoultimatelyISthefooditself.Thesepositiveformsofthinkingspiritualizethe
food and even if the food you have to eat is substandard, it will not promote ill health.
