Transitiondiet(A):Currentlythereareseveralcompaniesmanufacturingmeatsubstitutessuchasve-
ggiehotdogs,veggieburgers,veggiesausages,etc.,whichtasteandfeelliketheordinaryproducts
butcontainwholesome,nutritiousmatter.Somearelistedbelow.Thetransitionfromameateating
diettoahealthyvegetariandietshouldbeginwiththeseproductsfirstandafulltransitiontothepoint
whereeventhemeatsubstitutecanbereducedtoaminimalleveloreliminatedaltogether(sincethey
arealsoprocessed)fromthedietmayrequiremonthsoryearsdependingontheleveloftoxicityof
thebodyoftheindividual.However,awordofcautionisneededhere.Alotofthesoybeans(and
thereforeproductsmadefromthem)thatareavailableinthestoreshavebeengeneticallyengineered
