1 tsp ground cumin powder (optional)
Blend cheese, yoghurt and water in blender. Add remaining
ingredients, blend again and serve at room temperature. Options
include swapping the cumin with coriander powder and the raw
honey with maple syrup (helps pitta) or a mix of cinnamon, ginger,
pepper, cumin and cardamom seeds instead of just cumin for
kapha types. Also try 2 tbsp rose water and 1 tsp raw sugar as a
substitute for raw honey or maple syrup. Garnish with hulled hemp
seeds or cashew nuts.
