Place yeast in slightly warm water. Combine all ingredients
together and knead well for a full 10 minutes (time yourself!) until
the gluten has developed properly. Leave covered in a warm place
until double previous size. Knead again for a further five minutes
(you will grow muscles!). Place in required tins. Prove for about 45
minutes and bake until cooked in a hot oven.

50g almonds
40g sesame seeds
30g hemp seeds
2 tbsp Hempso (tm) or soy sauce
1/4 chopped cauliflower or broccoli
4 mushrooms
2 sticks celery
1 medium radish
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 clove garlic, optional (strong taste)
Fresh basil and parsley to taste
