Radish, to garnish
Finely grind nuts and seeds. Add the seasonings and rejuvelac.
Finely grate cauliflower or broccoli and dice the celery and
mushrooms. Mix together and pack into a bread tin. Cover with a
damp cloth and leave for several hours in a warm place. Serve
garnished with radish. A great raw dish!
Doctors of colonic therapy noted that those people who
consumed a lot of bread had the poorest colon conditions. They
recommend using vegetable fillings (preferably raw items such as
cabbage, broccoli, cucumber) when eating bread to help with
proper digestion. You can create different breads for different
effects. Find your own balance.
