oregano, cayenne pepper etc. Be aware of pre-made sauces and
dressings. Mix and make your own!

150ml hemp oil


2 tbsp lemon juice


1 tbsp Hempso (tm) tamari


1 tbsp tahini


1 tsp ginger, freshly grated


1 clove garlic, grated or minced


Combine all in a blender. Use for any salad or vegetable dishes.
