¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
2 tbsphempseeds
1tbspcacaonibs(optional)
1)Place milk, yoghurt, protein
powder, banana, blueberries,
ginger, cinnamon and almond
extractinablenderandblend
intoathick,smoothmixture.
Addabitmoremilkifneeded
to help with blending.
2)Place blueberry mixture in
abowlandtopwithhemp
seeds and cacao nibs.
